I spent Mothers Day with family. One of my relatives asked if I had got my cousins wedding invitation yet. It got me thinking about cousin and how fast his latest relationship developed. He was dating a blond girl for a long time. I'll call her girl#1. Then out of no where they brokeup, I don't know why they were together a long time though. Then he met girl#2, now his fiance. She is the physical opposite of girl#1. She is a dark brunette and slim, while girl#1 was blonde and curvy.

Anyway it got me thing why was he with the first one so long and it didn't go anywhere. But when he dated girl#2 he was a father and engaged in about a year to 18 months. I never got the chance to ask him.

Timing? Or something else?

Sometimes I think these people are the same extremely co-dependent exs we hear about in here that jump from one relationship to the next... but just get lucky.

I know someone who is the same. Who has had 4 long term relationships in 9 years. Currently engaged and happy.

They are also the same people who never seem upset over break ups. Sometimes you want to look up to them.

But really, I just think their life has been so busy and fortunate they have never really had achance for their heart to be broken. Hence why they move so fast. They are always out of the relationship before they can be dumped.
