teaforone Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 Would i be considered desperate/needy if i asked a guy i like to hang out after texting him twice this week? He asked me to hang out the last two times, and the third time he asked(last weekend) our plans fell through. Or should i just wait and hope he'll ask me again? I hate going two weeks without seeing him because i'm unsure who is supposed to ask who, and that i'd be considered desperate if i did ask.
thehead Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 When you texted him twice this week, was it to ask him out? Or were you just responding to his texts? If you texted him and he didn't respond, don't ask him out. That's a brush off.

It was just to see how he was and to tell him something quick, he replied and asked me questions as well but neither of us made a move to ask the other to hang out.
nyc_guy2003 Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 Agree with thehead. If he didn't respond to your texts then wait until he does. But if you've had good communication then yes definitely ask him out. I like it when girls take the initiative.
