crazycatlady Posted May 12, 2011 Posted May 12, 2011 Because of his smile that is mine and mine alone Because he pushes me to get out of the house and take ME time as much as I want (which is way more then I actually take) Because he does an amazing job of making sure I get off (a lovely change from long ago in our marriage and one he made all on his own) He's not perfect and boy has he screwed up plenty of times and a couple of them have been absolute doozies. But I love him and being married to him makes me happy. :love: Oh...because he went through a very painful surgery - which wasn't all for me, but it helped him get his sex drive back because he's finally sleeping through the night again and now we are :bunny::bunny: hehe. quankanne Posted May 12, 2011 Posted May 12, 2011 because he's got a huge heart :love: last week some butt-munch dumped a kitten at our gate – couldn't have been more than 4-5 weeks old because her eyes were still blue – and despite the fact we have a houseful of critters, his heart went out to poor little Maggie and then she became ours! next!

He works hard and is careful with his money Although he doesn't seem interested in organising travel with me he likes to travel and will go wherever I want to go! He is a good cook and does household duties Next!

Because he ALWAYS knows when I need a foot massage and enjoys giving it more than I enjoy getting it Although we aren't married, our relationship is his first priority because he says when he is working on us, he is working on keeping his family together bc he knows he wants to have a family w me one day. Because he treats my parents and siblings better than we even treat each other. He has brought me closer to my brothers and sisters bc he always invites them along with us. Because he has had so much faith in us and has been telling me he wants to marry me since the day we met, and still feels the same a year and a half later. Because he's just so fair and ethical and admirable. Because his stubble tickles in a really good way. Because he never played any silly emotional games, he was too secure for that--he always called when he said he would call, he's always let me know he misses me when we have to be apart, I've always known how he felt about me. Because he still talks to me in IM every day from work, when he has a few minutes, or calls me if something big happens during the day. Because he loves his kids so much. Because he's so good with his hands at so many things, fixing computers and cars and robots, hammering and welding in the workshop, even drawing and cooking. Because he gets involved in geeky projects with me, from designing our own computer game to making our own wine. Because he's so great with my parents. Because he's got a cute butt, and his deep voice and the way he looks at me can still give me the shivers. Because he can admit to his faults and forgive me for mine, as well. Because when I am sick he makes me tea just the way I like it, and when my back is hurt he rubs all the knots out of my muscles until I'm like a puddle of butter. Next!

He brought me closer to God. And he's got the sexiest, strongest hands ever, they're always so warm and feel great on my skin (and really takes care of his nails)

Because without a doubt in his mind he pushed forward and worked on our marriage, tried his best to make me realize how sorry he was and generally makes me feel like an amazing person. Because my dog loves him. (I'm for real, she loves him and he wasn't around when she was a puppy!) Because his laugh makes me laugh, even if I don't know why he's laughing. And that he's waiting for me to get online so we can chat for 20 minutes before he leaves work and comes home. Even though he will be home shortly lol.

Even though the answer is no 99.9% of the time, and even though he has a cell phone I could call if I really needed anything, he still does it. I love the clothes and jewelery he picks out for me. He bought me an AMAZING pashmina for Valentines day, and the most beautiful sapphire and diamond earrings for our tenth anniversary. The earrings match my engagement ring
