I'm white, my boyfriend is Pacific Islander, and he was all happy he had a "white" girlfriend. What is up with that way of thinking? I just don't get it. I'm playing into the stereotype here; if I said they had gfs, then some people here would assume Asian. And then they would assume those women were short. I'm also attempting to demonstrate that even "short" Asian guys (who are often considered the bottom of the dating pool) can date pretty white girls (who are often considered the top of the dating pool.) So therefore the OP's concerns about height aren't necessary. And besides, it's the point of view of our Westernized society, not just of Asian guys.
