Callisto484 Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Still hoping and wishing that some miracle will happen since I won't be returning to CA for another three weeks. However, the practical side of me decided that I have to know my legal rights just in case this divorce issue really gets going. He's not just going to toss me out without any obligation to see that I'm ok. He wants his freedom? Fine, but its going to cost him some serious cash. I hate having to take it to this but what can I do? Getting a divorce was his idea and so I have to look out for me. Just like he said that he had to look out for himself by divorcing me.
