crackberry Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 My girlfriend and I are on a break (2 year relationship) and we have not spoken in about a week. Her college graduation is this weekend (she uninvited me) and I was curious as to what I should do? Should I break NC and send her flowers to tell her I am proud of her and congrats? or do I not send anything? Her entire family and friends will be there so I am curious as to what to do. Any advice is appreciated.

Keep up the NC...My birthday happened to be during our NC which is still going on right now and well my ex didn't do anything for me..nothing no present nothing...just a random text at 1am after he was done partying and said "happy berfday" i would have rather gotten nothing. It sucks that you all had to go on a break but it was obviously for a reason...stick to it though.

I just want to make sure I handle this correctly.

JasonRules Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Any ideas on what is going on? Going on a break is basically breaking up with you on a trial basis probably because she's met someone else so she won't have any guilt if she fools around. She uninvited you to her graduation party as well. Two slaps in the face and you're seriously thinking of sending her flowers? Grow some balls and man up. What's wrong with you? She's spitting in your face and you're indirectly telling her "More...". DO NOT SEND HER ANYTHING! Have some pride and respect for yourself!
geegirl Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 She UNINVITED you. Save your dignity and self-respect and DON'T SEND HER FLOWERS. She doesn't want YOU there. What makes you think she wants or cares for your flowers or your thoughtfulness?
