No_hope Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 I was so hurt and confused, you may of read my earlier threads. My ex fiance of 2 years broke up with me 6 weeks before our wedding, cheated on me and left me for another woman, he told me he never loved me. 4 months later he gets a hold of me and begs for me to take him back (the other woman and him have been done for 2 months now) he is telling me he loves me, wants me, needs me, that he was just scared because of the wedding and settling down, and said things that weren't true, and that he is really sorry. He begged me to take him back for 9 hours straight. did I take him back? no. but I told him I would think about it but no promises. btw I did all the begging and pleading and calling and texting for 2 months. And he shot me down. I went NC for 1 1/2 months.
NoMagicBullet Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 I'm surprised you listened to him for 9 hours, but I can understand needing some closure to a horrible situation. Just be careful -- it hasn't been that long since you two broke up, and even less time that you were NC. Your heart might lead you back into a mess that your head knows you should stay out of.

When someone is not held accountable for their actions, they're liable to repeat the same behavior. The guy told you that he never loved you but in the meanwhile you were engaged? As someone that had an engagement broken, I just can't understand where they're coming from. You're telling someone you want to spend the rest of your life with them....then you're telling them you never loved them? Let him deal with his own issues before he gets into any kind of relationship again....
