riggs Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 I posted recently regarding a girl I met on a bike path. She wanted me to notice her by riding right on my back wheel for a mile or so, then going around and staying about 1 bike length in front of me. It was obvious. We rode together for about an hour that day, then exchanged emails, texts for a couple days. We met and rode the same trail a few days later. Both times she was hesitant to talk. It seemed to me she was leery of putting herself in a spot where she could be rejected. Anyway, she isn't interested anymore. She said it wasn't anything I said or did but she is very busy and didn't think it would work anyway. What does everyone think? On the on hand, I feel I've been played. She wanted me to show an interest in order for her to feel better about herself. On the other hand, there is the fact of her reluctance to talk which leads me to believe she has trouble latching on to a relationship. It makes no sense because we were basically 2 strangers and didn't even go on a real date.

Why are women so damn difficult to deal with when it comes to meeting or dating? It's like a freaking chess match and you better have the moves or else... She had trouble making eye contact and I just got the impression she doesn't want to put herself in a spot where she could be rejected. Thanks for your reply.
