hi all, it's been 2.5 weeks NC (only seen xmm once in the last 6.5 weeks) and things are not bad at all. sure, still think of him, still wondering but that will pass.

 

i came across this article and thought i should share it. it's nothing most of us don't already know probably, but i find it helpful for me...

The hardest timeline of a NC is 3 weeks. It is the peak of withdrawal. After that you will get better.

That's huge! NC is incredibly hard in the beginning. 2.5 weeks is HUGE.

 

Great site, by the way! I never knew it existed. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Yes, am doing pretty good I guess. Most of the time when I'm working or when with friends I don't think about xMM but it's hard when alone... almost 3 weeks so yeah, one day at a time. Thanks for the encouragement.
