zzzzzoom Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 me and my ex split last week because she needed space. i agreed and its been NC for a few days now..she recently contacted me to get some stuff back and agreed on a time but then texted and asked how i've been. whats to make of this? am i over analyzing it?
TaraMaiden Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 No, but don't whatever you do, read anything into it, other than - "I'm just trying to show I care, and have feelings too, ya know, but in actual fact, all I'm doing is easing my conscience, to make me feel better about distancing myself and having some space". All she's doing is making herself look good in her eyes. Not yours. All she's done is confuse you. if I were you, I would get a friend to drop her stuff off to her, and collect yours on your behalf. If she asks, "oh, where's *zzzzzoom*?" Tell your buddy to explain that you think it far better to keep to NC and that as she's happy in her space, you're determined to be happy in yours, too. Then, let things be, and don't respond to flaky breadcrumbs. She's fishing, and appeasing her own conscience.
