arnabsuave Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 well people this post is long,hope u bear with me ... well my ex-gf has called me today after 2 weeks of nc.To cut a long post short,she broke up with me more than 2.5 months back after 4 years together(she is 19,i'm 21 and ours was a long distance relationship).Her reasons were she wants to focus on her career(she has a few important exams coming up) and that i was too overpossessive and insensitive.I begged and pleaded and cried only to be rejected over and over..did all the wrong stuff i guess and she would go berserk on me... with all her accusations my self-confidence hit a rock bottom..fortunately i came across loveshack at that stage(i cant express my gratitude in words for this site)...based on the advices i got here i tried going into nc...but after every 3-4 days she would call me up...the highest was a week...after which she called me and was asking questions like,"are u with someone else?","do you still love me?","would you take me back in the future?"...i tried to act as much indifferent as i could but still replied that i would take her back...we then talked for hours for a couple of weeks but she would remind me every day that we have broken up...i finally decided that she is trying to friendzone me and again went back to nc...i made it clear to her though that in no way i was going to be her friend..she tried calling me in the first week but i hung up after a couple of minutes everytime...since then we had been in a couple of weeks nc.. today she has called me finally,told that she has been thinking about calling me up,and mailing me for a few days but how my unwillingness to talk had prevented her..then she went on about how much pressure of studies she has been facing,and that her life has become very monotonous without any friend and fun(she had only 1 or 2 friends)...we talked for around 20 minutes,i kept it light and fun,she laughed quite a lot...i hung up saying it was nice talking to her... judging her past behaviour i'm not expecting much,but LSers what do you think???how should i approach the situation??...please feel free to post your opinions buddies!!!!i really need them... p.s: post going nc i feel though i still love her and want her but i dont think i need her anymore to keep me happy...sometimes i really miss her though ;-( :p
