stephmichelle Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 I do my best reflecting while reading a good book and also I need something to keep me from thinking about him and his new fling/girl being together. I started reading "It's Called A Breakup Because It's Broken" by Greg Behrendt a couple weeks before we actually broke up because I knew that's where we were headed. So, I'm going to reread that now that we ARE actually broke up. It was pretty good, funny, and had a lot of great advice (he tells everyone to aim for at least 60 days of NC before even thinking about contacting them again). I've also seen "Getting Past Your Breakup" by Susan J. Elliot and think I'm going to read that as well. Does anyone else have any good books to suggest? Advice? Self-help? Anything really!
