I'm 24 and just realized I have no idea what I want out of life. I left my home area, moved across the country, and am in an unfamiliar city in a job that doesn't fit me at all. I have no support system here and just want to move back and sort everything out, but I know I'll feel like a loser then. How on earth do I make any headway here? I have a good college degree and am in a position that is very much career track but I'm miserable. Ugh, I don't know what to do.

You should seriously consider the military. My situation was very similar to yours when I was your age and that's what i did. You could do anything from being a pilot to a doctor. There are hundreds of mos that you could qualify for. Especially since you already have a degree.

Give it a chance. Any change is hard. Join a young profesionals group and get yourself out there. Make some friends. I'm sure their is more people than you think in the same position. Then at least if it doesn't work out you can say you tried.
