lolo1234 Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 I've been texting/talking to this guy online for maybe 2 weeks now. This guy has been very attentive for the most part. He will text or call me all the time. He came to meet me briefly yesterday for the first time... he met me while I was at my dentist appt and waited outside for 2 hours to see me. We chatted there then chatted some more at home and into this morning. We talked on the phone and texted... like crazy! Then this afternoon he is MIA. He's done this once before, he just disappeared for a day. is this normal boy behavior? We're supposed to hang out tomorrow but we have no exact time set nor any place set. I will admit I see some red flags with him... but I was willing to give him a chance because I see some interesting things as well. Ugggh... I have a feeling he's just another one of those guys. Sucks.

Sucks. youre different. usually if a guy shows interest in a girl shes turned off by it. but you seem to want him to want you. i wish a girl like you lived near me

I want to be different but I'm thinking that maybe he was blowing hot and cold with this woman too.

Time for some tough love ladies. There is nothing real or direct about texting a guy when you have a real question or something to say with some importance to it. COMMUNICATION is talking face to face or on the phone if the distance cannot be helped. Texting is a lazy form of communication and men use it to their benefit. Girls will wrongly assume so much based on texts. I know texting is part of the culture now - and I've been immersed in it ever since high school but leave it be with the texts. They're virtually useless for the important conversations.
