She's taking matters into her own hands and set up a dating profile for me and is deciding whom I should talk to and whom I should e-mail. I don't like this at all and am not going to stand for it. However, I do enjoy the fact that someone is taking an interest in my life and my dating life. I appreciate any help I can get, because I do suck at dating and meeting girls.

Sounds to me you never really grew up. You need a mother to take care of you, now your sister took the job, and with any luck she'll find you a gf that can take over the role.
