Hi,

 

I have made a real committment to losing weight. I am a 26 year old female i want to lose about 60 pounds. So far i have lost 20. I cut out soda and fast food. I just started to really excerise. Now my question is Has anyone lost 60 pounds or more with out the loose belly skin and sagging breasts I hear a lot of people get. and What can I do now to avoid that if it's ineveitable?

it has a lot to go with genetics, but continue with the exercise, take vitamins, you are still young with elasticity left in your skin, it will take a few months for it to shrink up too.

 

also good for you on the progress so far!
