creighton0123 Posted April 21, 2011 Posted April 21, 2011 Boyfriend and I had a nice talk last night. Before this talk, I thought that I was the only one experiencing hesitation and doubt - manifest traits of a long distance relationship. After our talk, I am glad that I am not alone in these feelings, but left a little shaken by the idea that he's worrying about us not working out when everything is going so well when we're apart and when we're together. We're both as secure and confident in our ability to last another seven months until the end of his trip abroad. We're strained, though, and are definitely looking forward to the recharge that a week together will bring.
lonely79 Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 well Im sorry that you're experiencing doubt and hesitation...and i know that shaken feeling you're talking about - like it validates your feelings or something. But you always have the best advice for everyone, what would you tell yourself? I think you guys are doing GREAT for such a long separation, and only 8 more days till a week together!!!!!!! it will recharge you for the last (right?) stretch!
TokyoG33kyGal Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 sorry to hear that but i feel that that doubt will be gone once you've seen each other again. i think it happens really when the days are nearing. hoping that you will have a great week together. have a safe trip.
