So there is this guy that I have been seeing for the past 3-4 weeks about 3 times a week. He seemed genuinely into me because he asked me questions about my life and he never really put any strong moves on me. We usually have a lot of fun together talking about things. He is my tutor. So he helps me with my papers and such. But most of the time we will get side tracked and talk and laugh with each other about nonsense. We have the same tastes in movies and music, and we really get along well together. He always looks into my eyes when he talks to me, like really deeply and staring, always listens, and even brings up things that I said three weeks ago. He blushes frequently when he's around me. He always seems excited to see me. He stares at me when he thinks I am not looking. When we talk he will purposely tap his knee against mine a lot and will purposely but lightly bump his arm into mine. He leans in close to me. And he always makes an excuse to keep the conversation going as long as possible. Not to mention he is extremely smart. He is planning on becoming a doctor which is also a coincidence because I am as well.we talk about the sciences often and philosophy. I always feel happy around him and he does anything to put a smile on my face. We laugh with each other incessantley.

However, he still has not asked me out yet. Is it going to happen soon or is it all in my head?

Is tutoring a job for him?

If it is, perhaps he doesn't feel like it would be appropriate to ask you out while he is tutoring you. He may wait until later.

Perhaps you could just lean over and kiss him one day? I bet most guys wouldn't mind.

Ask him out for coffee, harmless enough. if he hems and haws about it, you know hes not interested. Dont make a big deal about it in your head. If he says no, you can keep getting tutored by him without it being awkward, long as you havent gotten attached to him yet.

He probably doesn't want to jeopardize his tutoring job, especially since it's paid by the school. Do you just need his help for a specific course? If so, one of you should make a move after it's over.
