A great way to break the ice is to take a good look at her shirt, with an inquisitive look on your face, and when she looks up from her drink, say, "Hmmmm, 36 Double D??" By the time she's figured it out, she'll be laughin! Just a tip. P.S. - Just kidding, not sure if that would work though, it might.
