one goal Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 SO a couple days ago I emailed my teacher about something class related. She replied back tonight! Ever since the asking out thing started with her, she quit replying to any of my emails including class replated stuff. I guess since I apologized to her and that maybe I got a little of her respect back? At least maybe not as paranoid of me now? I know it's too late for anything now, but maybe at least she's not freaked out by me.
Shaun-Dro Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 What do you mean she replied to you? Whats going on?

She probably had a discussion with the Dean or whomever it was you spoke to last week. She is doing this as to be impartial. Unemotional, and professional. You now need to let this go and focus on your school work and do not try to befriend her, be friendly or ask her personal questions. Any conversations you have with her, emails in the future should ONLY be about class related work, homework etc. No "have a nice day" "hope you have a good weekend." NOTHING personal at all. You are lucky she didn't ask for you to be moved out of her class.
Lucky_One Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Oh thank God, you posted. I figured you were dead.
fishtaco Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Oh thank God, you posted. I figured you were dead. I thought the professor finally had him arrested for breaking into her house and sniffing her panties.

P&R Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 She wants you One Goal, and she always has. Your teacher is just playing hard to get. Keep pursuing her, that is what she wants. She is looking for a man that is crazy for her, that wants her a Romantic comedy scenerio. Just keep going for it man, she'll break sooner or later.
dreamingoftigers Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 You could pretend to be a Twilight vampire and bite her.
one goal's mother Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Honey, brush your teeth and go to bed. It's too late for you to stay up now playing with the computer. Daddy will read you a good night story.
Author one goal Posted April 19, 2011 Author Posted April 19, 2011 I didn't talk to her a lot today. She was late to class, and seemed kinda crabby. I briefly talked to her about a grade, and she was a little testy with me.

Lorelei_Lane Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 You could pretend to be a Twilight vampire and bite her. This is the best thing I've read all day!!
xpaperxcutx Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 You're completely dense if you are not aware you're literally harrassing her.
EasyHeart Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 There are only two ways this story is going to end: 1. One Goal admits he's a troll and made the whole thing up or 2. We hear about this story on the national news.

We hear about this story on the national news. He's trolled so many times now, and yet neither of those things have happened yet, sadly. I'm looking forward to it though! And I honestly hoped his account got deleted or he got arrested or something along those lines. But psst. One Goal. You got this one in the bag, man. Bring her a dozen roses to class next time, and tell her that you appreciate her responding to your e-mail, that that's all you really wanted in the first place: a little attention from your favorite teacher.

I don't spend that kind of cash until I've been dating them awhile. I don't like to buy them much. Just wasting cash!

MarlyStar Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Is the class so hard for you that you have to email and talk to her so often? I've got a bachelors degree, two masters degree, and did a 10 month russian language class with the dept of defense--and I've never had to talk so much to a teacher about lessons or class related material. You must be really struggling with the classwork to need so much of her attention. Have you considered changing your major to something you can handle better without being so dependent on the teacher.

It's not a very hard class. What I like about it is that no test! So she is kinda harsh on grading.
