Break the day or evening up into 1 hour segments. or 1/2 hour segments. just get through each segment, one at a time, and mark it off on a chart. GOOD LUCK! The worst may be over and consider that any slip will waste the discomfort you've likely already suffered. I don't know what you are kicking so I can't offer advice on what to do to try to get some relief. Good luck no matter what. Hang in there.
