Star Gazer Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 Thank you. It's not that I believe that I'm completely free of blame. I'm not proud of what I did. I just don't know anymore how to gauge interest and after so many heartbreaks, my ego has learned to want to keep itself from bruised. If you're really interested, you could always reach out to him and apologize for rushing to judgment. A little honesty here might go a long way.

A little honesty here might go a long way. I've been contemplating it and the more I think, the longer it's been since the day. So as each minute passes, the higher the chance that he would snub me. I'm weighing between giving crazy another shot and risking a bruised ego for not laying something dead to rest.

So what if he snubs you? That's the worst that could happen... and if he turns your offer down, you could always chalk it up to a sort of miscommunication (from before) rather than something personal. Obviously he was interested... And it's not crazy, nor do I think it's dead. I mean, really... what have you got to lose? And the potential reward is great.
