At best (worst?) you are only going to transfer you obsessions to someone else. You'll end up freaking out someone else. It's not good for her or you.

Sadly, the women you are meeting in person don't get the option; they can only say "no" which doesn't register with you (sounds like a potential rapist if you ask me...). But, though I'm not for online dating myself, I've heard many people have successful stories with it. Even though I'm a straight female, I wanted to see what girls around where I live were on there as well, and only a couple of them were anywhere near overweight..let alone a 250 lb whale. Some, I was even friends with, and most were very attractive. It was slightly disappointing that I actually had competition in my area on that site. I gave it a shot for a couple of days though, then deleted it, because to me, I wasn't ready and didn't enjoy it. You though, you need to let go of your teacher, and all of these other fantasy romances that you have, and you need to find someone who is actually real, and interested in you. Though I first strongly suggest seeking therapy (like seriously, do it), this is your best bet to find someone. Plus, there's some major hotties out there, I hear!
