Need insight, seriously i just dont get it

Ok, ill try to make this short...met a guy, started dating....everything went fine, texts everyday, seeing each other often, everything was cool...the problem was that he didnt speak a lot about his feelings so I was kinda worried if he even felt anything....we had a convo, everything was fine, he told me he has been fking around a lot, and being in a relationship is something completely new for him, so he doesnt know how to handle it..well it was all fine, i admited that, and i thought i could break the ice with time...so he was with me on this sunday...then we didnt see each other for like 3 days we were rlly busy...then he texts me and says "i gotta tell you something"....well i went to talk to him and he told me he is not interested in me anymore and he has lost his feelings for me....just fking like that out of the blue...he said he is missing fking around with girls and he doesnt want anything serious...i managed to get attached to him and i just dont understand how in a matter of freaking 3 days he could change his mind like that...we dated for a month and there you go, he's got bored....i was just wondering if i dont pay anymore attention to him and like, go strict NC on him, maybe thats gonna change something...maybe he's just gonna think of it better, Im just completely shocked and this was just like a smack in my face....I need insight, someone please tell me...
