I am curious to anyone that has tried these what these workouts consist of. Can you please give me an overview?

 

I am overweight and was thinking about trying a bootcamp fitness program at my gym. I dont want to push myself too hard but at the same rate I also dont want to baby myself either. The attraction is the kick start and faster results. Also the commitment as well as fun too.

 

One of my friends did it and said it worked great for her but she did not have as much to lose as I did. It seems like all fitness levels are welcome, after all isnt that what they are geared towards in the first place? I am really motivated and would love to make this change and commit myself to it. I have worked out in the past so I know all about form, etc.

They can be anything, it all depends on the trainer. Just jump in and have fun!
