milkmaterial Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 Well i have this guy friend, I used to like him..but anyway that was in the past. We used to be very close and tell each other everything, I would never pry tho. He would jsut offer what he wants to say or share. Anyway starting from a couple of mos ago before we totally drifted apart, we would normally chat on IM or facebook..the convo would run smoothly and out nowhere he starts to just ..not reply. Then it takes up to hours later. He has the same schedule at work, etc, so its not a work issue, besides we mostly talk now when he is at home. The problem w/ this is he initiates the conversations and when i try to talk to him (ask him stuff abt his life, random stuff not private stuff) he goes AWOL. Frankly I never do this to people, even if i dislike them. People who openly dislike me dont do this to me either. They'd just tell me to go away or log off. That is a totally different scene from just being ignored. Should i just give up on this? I just kinda feel devalued in our "friendship". Whats worse is i think he is making me feel devalued on purpose but i dont have a reason if he has that hostility, there is no reason for him to be hostile towards me. I did not even reject him during the time when I liked him.
