But I suppose there is some slight chance that perhaps I have never actually viewed a completely erect penis. Most of the time when I am erect I'm not completely hard. Many times I don't get to that extreme degree of rigidity unless through morning wood.

I curve upwards and for it to straighten it has to be not fully hard. So, I don't think that's correct at all.

It bothered me back then, but I didn't know if it was normal or common at the time because I didn't have much to compare it to. Now I do. Not common.

A HOOKED penis is Peyronie's disease. A very slight curve is more common, but I have yet to see ANY curved penis of any severity other than the one gonzo-nose one I dated in college.

Fair enough, I think people aren't quite making the distinction. They may think hooked means any curve, because curves are totally normal and very common.
