Yes I would and I truly believe most people would not tell someone they were uber attracted to, had amazing chemistry, etc.."no, sorry" just cause they smoke.

As a heavy smoker, I tend to sympathise with the anti-smoking view. I grew up in a time when half of young adults smoked, and the non-smoking half were prissy and up tight. I hated my dad smoking, and he has COPD now. But I started, and I've been heavily dependent on it for two decades now.

 

Occasional smoking is, to me, fine and much the same as occasional drinking. There's a world of difference between a pint or two on Friday, and a contractor turning up freshly drunk at 8:30am every morning at your workplace. I see chain smoking and recreational smoking as no different.

 

That said, I prefer it outdoors or in a well ventilated room. A bit like barbecues.
