It also saves me from typing out the whole story since im not that great of a typer anyways. Just tell me you think i should. But the problem is not that you want help with a relationship problem - instead you want help on how to humiliate and hurt another human being. And not just anyone, but your current girlfriend. From this, it is clear that the basic problem is you. Get help.

If you wanted help in trying to break up with her and letting her down easy thats one thing, but help crushing her so bad I doubt she'd ever see men the same way is beyond cruel. Frankly I'm relieve no one on this site has offered the kind of help you're looking for but instead offered the kind of help you need. Go see a shrink.

She hurt you, I get that. But it will not help you in any way if you try to hurt her back. Revenge like that will not make you feel better, it will just bind you to her even more. Just exclude her from your life. Go no contact immediately, pack her things and send them to her (so she has no excuse for seeing you) and remove her from facebook, IM, ... Please don't do anything stupid.
