SKEETERZX Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 I recently dated a black girl(I'm white) for about 3 months. We got along great but she told me from the beginning that she didn't think I could understand where she was coming from on a lot of things....I admit that I obviously can't but tried to get her to explain it to me to help me understand. She pretty much wouldn't give me any examples and just has this mindset that nothing is gonna change that. I really do appreciate her being honest and upfront about it, but I would still really like to understand or some examples of what I can't understand or doesn't think I can. I can kind of understand why she feels like this and she can obviously pick who she wants to date and why, but am I wrong for thinking this is kind of selfish behavior?

See if you can become friend with lots of black folks and hang out with them and try to understand them ... Will give you plenty of experience to know how to handle her ... Joe
