WiselyNaive Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 its been a month since we broke up... im doin ok i guess...my ex kept doing alot of stuff that he knew would hurt me or upset me...out of spite...but i kept nc...but ever since we broke up there has been this 1 girl that he keeps talking too through twitter ...who i know of...n i see them talk since i am following her...at first it bugged me a little but i didnt let it get to me too much..partly because i felt i lowered my standards to be with this guy n i said to myself there is no way in hell she would go for a guy like that..it may make me sound insecure but that isnt rlly the case...but....recently she has been calling him honey and boo and terms of endearment ....n now im rlly messed up in the head about it...cause i know if she gave him the chance he'd jump at it immediately....ive kept my mouth shut for a month but...this has me wanting to call/write him an email....what should i do?

Unfollow the girl on Twitter is the first! People often delete their exes but still keep tabs on them through their friends or acquaintances...which is what you're doing, which is ruining your peace of mind. Emailing your ex is going to do nothing....I remember 2 years ago when I saw that my ex was "in a relationship" on Facebook and on impulse I called him up...he was asleep fortunately and was groggy when he answered and told me to call back the next day. THANK GOD! Because what would I have really said had be been awake and alert? Something crazy no doubt that would make it seem like I had no life but was just sitting at home going crazy over him That is the LAST thing you want. Could you also imagine him telling this girl about the email and both of them ridiculing you? Don't give your ex or this girl or ANY woman he may be talking to the time of daaaay to ridicule you. Keep your dignity and KEEP NC! There is nothing you can do or say that will stop him from dating other women and most likely you will feel like shyt if you confront him, especially if he responds rudely. Unfollow this girl and leave your ex's life alone. Trust me.

Trust me. , your right thankyou .....i realized this...i jus feel as though unfollowing her will make i obvious that ive been looking....because why else would i unfollow her when we were frieds on fb n stuff way b4 this guy...i have a feeling he is keepig tabs on me himself n will notice me unfollowing her n will only think that i am unfollowing her because im upset about them....and i know that will only boost his ego...luckily she doesnt talk alot on it so i jus have to try my best to ignore her
