No amount of money in the world can fix your receding hair line or beer gut.

Yea, well, I'm a professional with a decent bank account, and I just lost out to a broke college student. Now there is a math issue (I'm 52 and she's 32) but still, she wants to relive her young adulthood.

Money is not the most important factor anyway; being broke is a dealbreaker, but simply having money isn't enough if you're lacking in other respects. I once dated a millionaire who was my age, not bad looking and average height, and very charismatic... I dumped him because he was an arrogant fool who couldn't be trusted to be faithful.

When it comes to age gap relationships, you have to have a helluva lot of money to balance out a large age gap... a professional salary is nowhere near enough, and for a lot of women, no amount of money would compensate for being too old to raise a family.

1) Most men can have children well into their 50's. The quality of the sperm is not that great ,but then again many, many women are having their babies in their 30's and the quality of their eggs is not that great.

I'd be more concerned about his inability to raise a child - I don't want my kids to have a father who's in his seventies before they even finish college, and I don't want a husband who'll be dead before I even reach retirement age. I really can't imagine a man of 70 playing football with our son who's in high school! I wouldn't want to have kids with a man who's over 40; ideally he'd be 35 or under, and we'd raise our kids and then enjoy our retirement together in our sixties.
