LOL he said those women aren't really cute but its what they dress and how they pose. And he showed me one. I thought she was quite cute but he didn't. Anyways I saw her first head line. She wrote "I'm gorgeous, daring and sexy." LOL maybe I should write that. Gawd..

I mean my profile is extremely demure (for want of a better word) and I still get those types of messages, so I would think if you write something like that you'd get even more. I've seen your previous posts that you're not getting replies from guys - if it's OKC that you are on, then that could be why. I'm on there, barely get any messages at all (I haven't tried initiating any though). Last night I put up a profile on POF, and literally got inundated with messages. Same photos, and a similar profile. So there are definitely more men on other sites.

Oh I did smile in all of them. I looked bright and cheery. Well I see a lot of my competitors who had photos like that. Where they pucker their lips and toss the hair thingy. Some even have cool photos like standing under the waterfall, all wet and stuff.

I don't know if you want to post it here for suggestions or not. I'm 26 and have had to change my age to 91 to beat back all the responses. I'm interested in quality guys who are smart and funny. You can search for mine and check it out. 91 year old female, 25 miles from San Diego, CA. The trick is to show them your personality through your writing. You'll do fine, just have to practice a bit.
Lilmisus Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 When chicks do that..write that they are gorgeous, daring and sexy, and put suggestive pictures up there, it's most likely because they're either a.) very juvenile or b.) are just looking for someone for sex or to casually date. If you want to come across as that to potential suitors, then go ahead, put whatever you want that's like that and post the sexiest pictures you can find or take. But, don't expect anyone to take you as a serious person to date or get to know, and don't look for the first date (if one comes and isn't just at their house) to be all romantic and intelligent conversations. If instead you are looking for a serious partner, or someone to actually date, then don't even consider these chicks competitors. The dudes will look at them, laugh, shoot them a message saying "you wanna f*ck?" then move on to the next chick. The guys that are real winners will see that you aren't like that and notice that you are actually someone that they could get to know and probably don't have to worry about being a whore like the rest of them. Keep your profile light, fun, and about you and who you are as a person..not how gorgeous or sexy you are. Let them figure that out as time goes on and you get to know them.

Honestly, I had a friend of mine to look at it and even HE said he doesn't know what works on there.....I changed it 3x already....
