I wish I could contribute more, but I'm only 6 weeks into NC and still hurting. So, to those of you who keep coming back.. sharing your stories.. and spreading your wisdom... Thank you.
Jane Deaux Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Don't minimize 6weeks NC. That's fantastic! And lots more than some of us! Be proud AND realize you have things to offer. Even still hurting. If you are NC and still hurting that shows strength to maintain NC. If you were just done, over it and maintaining NC that would be impressive still but not as impressive as fighting the urge everyday! So you do have advice to offer. And 6 weeks is awesome!

I used to read it now and then, but since going NC 3wks and 2 days ago (but who's counting), I come here many times a day for support, therapy, and insightfulness. I finally registered a couple of days ago and my username is based on the length of my affair. I just wanted you all to know how much I appreciate everyone's willingness to be open about their situations. You have no idea how many of us out here you are helping. So, Thank You! Hugs to everyone.

Yay for you!!!! 6 weeks is fantastic and you should be proud of yourself. Don't concern yourself with contributing. Once you are feeling strong enough, you will have plenty to say.
