She reads them because I'll then ask her about it at class and she will remember the email, but didnt bother to reply. I'm a little behind on school work. last class you mentioned to us about our last presentation and getting to pick our own book out for it. Anyways I'm just starting to read Michael Reagan's book "The New Reagan Revolution." It's about his dad and his principles. I know you told me I could use Bush's new book for my last presentation, but I decided it might cause too much of a stir in class because most young people, especially liberals hate Bush. Again, you're undermining the professional relationship by addressing a professor as if you're speaking to a friend. The emails you showed only have indirect questions, and you tend to ramble on (so the questions actually gets lost in the plot. The technical you ask about (dates, etc) is probably stuff you would know if you had listened in class. None of the emails you copied there require responses.

One, I really don't undertand why you aren't 'understanding' what you're doing and done wrong here. You gotta let go and move past this and stop obsessing.

I know I have less than a 3 percent shot at dating her. What I dislike is how she has treated me since asking her out, and how she kinda went off on me last week. Then she used the personal problems excuse, and I tried asking her whats wrong. It's none of my biz, but I don't want someone taking their problems out on me! That I don't like. It was after class and one of my classmates was sitting outside and even had a little look on her face when the teacher went off on me in the hall.

She meant asking for what date the assignment was due on, not about asking her out. But your e-mails were wayyy to causual for student - teacher e-mails. Don't start off with "hey" when talking to a teacher, ever. They worked their butts off to get where they are now, and they want some respect to show y'all realize it (not a date). I always start mine off though with like "Dr. A" and I'd go to say "Although I know we talked about this in class, I missed when you said the assignment was due, and since I don't have any contact information with any of my fellow classmates, I was hoping you could remind me of the due date. Thank you, Lilmisus" Something like that to show that hey..I'm the student..you're the professor..and not hey we're buddies. I honestly can't take this thread seriously though, I just find it pretty funny.

I thought at first she was there to talk to me. I told her I'm glad that she didn't take the issue up with her boss because it would be very embarassing to have that in my transcripts since I'm transferring in the fall. Dodged a bullet today lol! Whew!

Stop going on about what you perceive as a personal relationship between the two of you. It's all in your head and if you keep on mentioning it to her (even to say you are glad she has not said anything to anybody) then you are just increasing the likelihood of her reporting you. Leave the poor woman alone. She has no interest in you whatsoever and probably feels totally creeped out everytime she sees you.
