kitkat789 Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 I really like my best guy friend. We talk everyday for hours and flirt all the time. He and my best girl friend liked each other at the beginning of this year. She got over him before anything happened, but he still has some feelings for her. We watched a movie at his house last weekend and ended up kissing. It was the first kiss that felt really natural to me. When we talked the next day, he said he's still confused and doesn't know if he can get over my best friend. We are giving it another shot and hanging out this weekend. What do I do? I really like him.
SincereOnlineGuy Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Guys simply have no interest in being mere "friends" with women who are not caused in any other way to be in their vicinity (work, etc.). SO, if he is showing you plenty of attention and spending plenty of time with you, he perceives himself to be in line for your affections. Go ahead and let your hair down (in spirit, I mean)... as the more comfort you seem to have, the better the encounter will be. It would be perfectly right to let him know (unmistakably) that you are into him romantically.

ladydi721 Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 But u said he's still not over your friend. Clearly he would only be using u because your friend doesn't want him. I wouldn't want somebody who's still stuck on somebody else. You need to fund a guy that's stuck on you not your friend.
