JessaL Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 What would you do/how would you respond in this situation? Your SO tells you he is going to a dinner party for his boss's retirement. He says that he didn't invite you because he didn't want to spend the money for you to come (the event cost x dollars per person). The also mentions that he might go out drinking with these people after dinner, but he doesn't know. You ask him to let you know what his plans are, and he says OK. You don't hear from him again until midnight, when he calls you asking for a ride home. Do you go get him, or what do you say?
Survivor12 Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 I'd tell him that I really don't want to spend the money or the time going to pick him up and give him the phone # to call a taxi.
