I wonder what his personality was like and if anyone actually realized that he was stuck to the chair not just sitting there by choice. I often wonder how disrepectful people are to the dead, and the persons' whos life no one can comprehend fully. I no longer wonder.... It does little good to speculate on the matter. The courts and the law will need to make a decision as negligence was at play. My quandry lays with the comment made by the landlord. As a third party there is no way she didnt "smell" it upon entering and doing the landlord tasks. So I question this complete "shock" she relayed. That was someones Son....that is all I will say about this....

I just don't get the whole concept of someone suddenly being elevated to a status more worthy of respect than someone who is alive and can actually react to and feel bad about about wrongs done to them.
