My girlfriend asked me if I had a problem with her going to a club, and dancing with other men while I'm not there. She doesn't go out to the club often, and randomly asked this question out of the blue. (fyi, I never go to the club) I knew she went to clubs but I didn't think anything of it until she mentioned this. I begin to think about the kind of dancing that is done at a night club..... Essentially simulated sex (she said guys just grind on women there, and she is usually a little tipsy at the club). She told me that she went on St. Patty's day, but didn't really dance because she didn't know how I felt about this. My problem is I don't feel that great about it. I thought to myself I wouldn't like the sight of a strange man griding on my girlfriend. However it would be selfish of me to deny her the oppertunity to go out with her friends (Her friend that lives on another coast flys in at least 4x a year and all she wants to do is go clubing) and a means to dance (she loves dancing)..... I don't want to be overbearing or controlling, should I just let look the other way... despite the fact I may not be entirely comfortable with this? Edited March 31, 2011 by P&R

They want so screw her and that's not a cool vibe to allow into your relationship. I want her to hang out with her friends, and as long as she doesn't let guys grind on her I'm fine with it. But is this even possible? You see I've never been to a Nightclub, but my girlfriend told me that most people just grind there. Another problem I have is her going there tipsy/drunk. This to me just seems like it has potential for something bad to happen.
