MissVegas Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I wanted guys opinions on how they feel about girls getting work done to enhance their looks for example, breast implants, injections, etc. I have very thin lips and when I smile I find my upper lip disappears so want to get some filler injected in to make my lips look fuller but not the huge duck lips more-so a natural looking fuller lip. SO my question is guys do you prefer girls with thinner or fuller lips and also how do you feel about girls getting their looks enhanced? Would it turn you off? How would you feel if it was your girlfriend? Can you spot out girls with work done? Do they turn you off? Do you think you'd even notice if your girlfriend had work done?? When I was with my ex he never noticed if i got my hair done unless I told him.
Darren Taylor Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I don't support collegens and I only support implants if it's done because the woman has extremely tiny breasts. My friend's sister had implants done because hers were extremely small, like A small. She went from an A to a B. She didn't want huge ones, just ones that didn't make her feel embarrassed.
musemaj11 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Do other guys really like women with fake breasts? I find fake nose, breasts or lips weird. They make the women seem unnatural.
somedude81 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Franky, I don't remember a woman's lips at all. It's such a small piece of the pie. Save your money for something else. I can understand getting breasts done, but only if they were a small size. And then being increased to a normal size.
Dust Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I'm against it. Plus women often have distorted body images. I'm sure your lips are probably hott!
TheLoneSock Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I find most surgery very unattractive. Not just physically or literally, but it makes me think not only does she have vanity and self esteem issues, but what did she look like before the surgery? Does she have bad genes she's trying to cover up? Do I want my kids to end up having those genes? There's a lot to consider. The only surgery I am supportive of is critical surgery, as in they need it to live, or to walk again, or they were horribly disfigured in an accident and want their life back. I have dated girls with breast implants before, and while I admit they are very nice, I am still deep down far more attracted to the real deal - even if they are small (sometimes especially if they are small).
musemaj11 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I have dated girls with breast implants before, and while I admit they are very nice Really? They are very nice how? I fail to see how breasts that look like hard rocks can be aesthetically appealing.
TheLoneSock Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Really? They are very nice how? I fail to see how breasts that look like hard rocks can be aesthetically appealing. I assure you they are not hard rocks. You must have seen some pretty f*cked up rocks.
Leigh 87 Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I have bad genes. I was born with buck teeth, that were So crooked, that I could not talk well. They were also bright yellow/grey. By parents also have large mid sections; I do not have an ideal thin body type. Oh - and my hair fell out due to an eating disorder years ago. So u know what I did? - got braces - because straight teeth make you look more attractive. I felt much better, all because I looked better. For vanity. I felt much happier with straight teeth. - I got hair extensions. They are made from real hair and look natural. It looks better than being almost bald - I would have had to wait years for my hair to grow up otherwise. - lastly - I researchd diet and nutrition, and know how to eat to look my best; I also run most days and do Pilates, due to having a naturally thick mid section. The result? Me, who has bad genes, now looks attractive. I have DD breasts too and a bubble butt and so with the HELP of braces and hair extensions and teeth whitenening... WHY waste my nice breasts and other nice elements of my body on an ugly face with no hair? You know, even naturally nice attritutes on women, such as a nice body shape, are not going to make the women look attractive, if she has f*cking ugly teeth and no hair. I do not wear lots of make up and do not plan on having cosmetic work done, except for my teeth - I am getting them capped to look like the celebrities.
Andy_K Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I have no problem with girls getting cosmetic surgery done. The only thing I'm against is liposuction, which is just an excuse to be lazy and not eat/exercise appropriately. Anything that can't be changed just by hard work is fair game, and if it looks better, great.
rubberhedgehog Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 My opinion is that as long as the person getting the surgery feels that they need it, then they should not be criticised. It does not attract me, but I can see why they do it to themselves. I read that people with lots of cosmetic surgery are said to have had some sort of body issues and seek a way to "fix" it. If they truly feel better about themselves after having a nose job, implants etc. then who am I to judge? Think about how our "modern society" will be viewed in 500 years time by our descendants. Will they look at this type of surgery as mutilation (just as we view certain other cultures' types of "surgery") or as a simple way for people to feel their best?
Beerme Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I don't have a problem with someone getting some work done if that's what they feel they need to do. That being said, I also think that some women (and a few men) go way overboard, and they look terrible. Usually this includes ridiculously large breasts, overpuffed lips, or a face lift that makes their eyes look like they are in a perpetual state of surprise. I sort of think that up to a point, its just a more permanent form of makeup. I mean, women wear makeup to accentuate their appearance, and that's what plastic surgery(the non-reconstructive kind) is when you break it down.
carhill Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Fuller lips means more chapstick TBH, I prefer the psychology of accepting one's genetics and enjoying the life they brought to the fullest. I'd probably be incompatible with someone who was constantly examining their appearance for improvement, not because improvement is 'bad', but rather because of the preoccupation with it would de-prioritize the healthy balance of our R/M. For example, my exW had a deviated septum (sinus infections all the time) and she had surgery to correct it and while the surgeon was at it, he did a minor 'nose job'. It was tough for her to go through (different than regular plastic surgery) and she noted the 'improvement' but then went on without further scrutiny. It became part of who she was and she didn't examine other 'parts' for improvement. OP, how old are you?
Ginger Beer Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I love full lips on a girl. It makes kissing much better.
LeaningIntoTheMuse Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 My opinion is that, unless you have BDD, you should make it a goal to do it. Because you won't be happy until you do.

Author MissVegas Posted March 31, 2011 Author Posted March 31, 2011 22, I have a nice body, nice face. I would never get anything else done I have great boobs and my nose is cute, I just want a very natural looking fuller lip. Like not a puffy big injected lips at all. Just so when I smile my teeth aren't so gummy and my lip doesn't disappear.
