Your daughter's. 17 days ago. He must know I've given birth by now cause he knew how far along I was when we cut contact. I'm so pissed at him. I want to call him and tell him what I think about his spineless ass! But I'm not even gonna reply. Thats what he wants - a response. Being in the dark is the worst punishment sometimes.

I'd text him a picture of his daughter. Just the picture, no text. No further response. That might put some fear into him.

Noelle, You are so far along - in knowing this. That's exactly what I would have said as an overview of the situation - and to protect you and the baby as well. I know you've said in the past you wanted her to someday know her father, but there's much later for that. The very fact that he knows he's off the hook financially and that there will be quiet - means that mischieviosly he thinks he can come out of the Darkness anytime and try to rattle around in your life again. Ignore ignore ignore.

It's pretty obvious he doesnt give a rats patootie about your birthday or your welfare, not to mention Savannah's (I assume it's ok to call her by name since you posted it elsewhere). I would assume you did not put him on Savannah's BC so he has no rights to see her. He sounds like a creepy one. Have you considered blocking his number so that you get no contact from him at all?

It will pay for her college education or car or down payment on a house for her. At that point you don't have to worry about sharing custody or anything else and she can choose to have a relationship with him if she wants without your involvement. Nail the dude.
