In fact sometimes they are worse than women. If I were a man in divorce court I would rather face a Judge Judy type than most male judges actually.

This place is RIFE with posts about how f****d up women are, day in and day out. Sure, once in a while there will be one about men. Please don't think that by seeking that one out and pointing to it that it in any way excuses the vast quantity of horrid misogyny that has become just about a staple of these fora. It does NOT. It's disgusting too, but at least there are only a few of those to stomach. I understand you and I know where you are coming from, but that still does not excuse you ONE BIT for being a douche when you trash talk women here. LoveShack is a COMMUNITY. Yes, there are lots of people who come and go, but there is usually a core that is pretty much here. A lot of us are women. We are, in a way, your FRIENDS. You have a wife who you adore. She is a WOMAN. You NEED to stop indulging yourself in that garbage. You are better than that, Woggle. There are some guys posting here who are NOT really better than that. A couple of them have expressed that they'd like to have women subjugated again so that men can be protected, (or whatever the desired outcome ... basically, just put the women back in the kitchen and all their problems will be over). I swear to you, you don't want to be aligned with those guys, even if commiserating with them gives you some kind of feeling of relief, understanding, or support. They are coming from a place of profound weakness and ignorance. Women and men alike who operate from such a position are truly bringing us all down. Not just here on LS but in real life. Don't be one of them, please. Just leave that behind.

As messed up as they are sometimes I feel like the other guys that you speak are the only one in men's corner that are on our side. I am a man and damn proud to be one. This does mean that women should not be proud the same way but you don't have to bring the opposite sex down in order to build yourself up. I acknowledge all the time that many women her have been very supportive. Can you admit that there are many who are loving husbands and fathers who want nothing but the best for the women and children in their lives? I admit there are also bad men but can I hear from a women that many men like what I describe do exist? If that fact was acknowledged I promise you I will fully speak out against misogyny.

My family situation has NOTHING to do with the quality of person you or any man is, with the very specific exception of my ex husband. I haver promised and then when I see misandry I feel why bother. When I see my gender attacked I feel like banding together. Maybe it is wrong but I feel like defending myself most of the time.

However it is very rare to see a woman married to a bloke making less than her whereas the reverse is very common and you don't need studies to prove this either... All you need to do is look around you!

The same kind of mother that can look at her daughter's face all beat up and decide to help the man who beat her get custody of their kids based on his claim that her daughter is a hooker working out of a restaurant, instead of just a run of the mill waitress. Messed up thinking. Woggle, I truly believe that parents who do these sorts of things to their children do so out of hate for themselves and a belief that something they themselves created could only be bad because this type of mother knows they are bad at the core. I don't think it has anything to do with us personally.

Now with all the equality we've had over the past few decades and the fact that women now outnumber men as college graduates are women now going to support stay at home dads? After all men have been doing this for centuries. Perhaps it's time women worked 40+ years and hand over the paycheck at the end of the week. I know right? Its just incredible. Most women are incapable of logically seeing the bigger picture of things. Its hilarious that all these women were throwing insults at me because they thought I was wrong and then saying, "I dont need a rich man. All I want is a man who at least makes as much as me." How dumb. They say Im wrong while they themselves are practically confirming my theory. The reluctance of women accepting men of lower economic status means that they are going to ensure the worsening state of economic inequality because all the wealth will be further concentrated in smaller number of families. I cant imagine how our society will be like when women make up most of the educated population and hold most of the wealth. I bet there will be even countless more miserable single people in this country. I mean if 70% of the top jobs are held by women, that means only 30% of men will be considered desirable mates. And if a portion of these men choose to be with women who are outside of those 70% considering men are less interested in economic status, then crap will truly hit the fan. I think this is a very interesting social phenomenon that is occurring in all progressive nations. But I understand that women arent as interested in science subjects as men are. I know it's impossible for some folks to follow a line of thinking that doesn't involve an irrational hatred of people they don't even know, but it would be sure nice if they would try for a change.
