It seems I never go 6 months without having a crush. Since elementary school, I can probably count a good 30-40 crushes. Some were mild and casual, others were serious and became infatuation. I'm now in my mid-20s

 

Recently, I went crush free for about 4 months and it felt REALLY GOOD, then I fell for this girl and am now trying to recover and disregard her as a crush.

 

Can anyone empathetize and any advice on how not to crush so easily? I feel like I always give away my heart rather than save it for that one special lady. (mentally)
