Good afternoon everyone! I'm writing because I would like to share my story with anyone who might be struggling with weight like I did. With my first pregnancy, I've gained some weight, but was able to get back in shape very quickly. With my second, it took very long. I was working out 2x per day at the gym, and 2x per day at home, total of 2 hours of intense workouts. I thought I was eating better too, but my body just wouldn't change. After much research, I found 3 system that work for me. They might not work for everybody, but the combination of the 3 is what helped me drop the weight.
