Did you date for two months, then lasted two years after having sex? I know that not everyone on here has yet to find someone to give their virginity to..so to them: how long do you want to date someone before you have sex with them, or does it not matter to you? Although I don't people commenting on my story, the only reason I'm asking is because I was raped as a child and so I never got the opportunity to really choose to give my virginity to someone. It made it to where I didn't care who I had sex with, or how long we dated, so I've always just been curious how others were.

Your hymen was broken - not your virginity. The first time of consensual sex is always new and exciting and scary. Although I am not sure of your post - are you saying that you just have random, casual sex with anyone now, because you never had the experience of first time virgin sex with someone who cared about you? In which case, (((((WillSingForFood))))), and I am sorry for your past pain. Your future is wide open ahead of you, though, and life is so willing for you to live it in a healthy and happy manner!!

The first time I had vaginal sex was on my honeymoon with my ex. The first and only times I've had anal sex was with my ex husband (when he was my husband.) how long do you want to date someone before you have sex with them, or does it not matter to you? It matters to me. I learned my lesson after having sex with a guy who I was thinking I was going to have a long term relationship with, but it seemed that he wanted more a friends with benefits relationship, which is not at all what I want. I will never do that again. Now, I am waiting for an explicitly committed relationship. Thank you, and I realize this more than my post tells. I've moved on from it, and don't think about my past in a negative light at all and I'm no longer saddened when thinking about it. In fact, I just see it as just another something that helped make me who I am, and I try to see it as positively as I possibly can (which isn't a lot, but I try). And what I meant was that I just don't have a huge care about sex. To me, it's not something to only do with someone who you love and care about, it's just another part of life, something that even animals do just to do. The way I see it is that if a grown man can have sex with a little girl, then why can't I have sex with anyone who I want to? It didn't mean anything to him, so why should it mean something to me? I don't just have sex randomly and casually though..it's just not something that really means anything to me. But like I said..I don't want this thread to be based around my story, and I really really want to hear what others have to say about their virginity stories.

She did sweet little things to help me through finals, like leaving little wrapped cheeses on the windowsill outside my doorstep. Over winter break, I wrote a song for her and sent it to her by mail. When we both returned, I lost my virginity to her. She broke up with me roughly 3 months later. Dammit

He was not a virgin, I was (also raped as a child but I still never had consensual sex, so I dont consider that maybe I am weird). Anyway, it lasted all of 3 minutes (maybe and probably less, really). I was really, REALLY drunk (and I do not mean that like omg I was drunk aaahh..I had been drunk plenty and I knew then, just as I did when I had sex with him what I was doing.) and in a really bad and sad place. Neither "finished". I did not want to date him before nor after the experience. We are not friends anymore, it is not totally all his fault what happened but a true friend would not let me self destruct just because I wanted too, you may or may not understand that. I made the decision to have sex, and will have to live with that regret and guilt on my own. I thought having sex with someone I was not in love with could not hurt me, but I was wrong. Live and learn!
