Fixyou Posted March 27, 2011 Posted March 27, 2011 This one is for the girls! I've liked my crush for about 9 months and many of my friends are encouraging me to tell him. HOWEVER, I have known of THREE girls who have told their crushes that they like them only to be told by the boy that they didn't have the same feelings. Has anyone out there have success and start a relationship by telling someone that they liked them? Thanks for the input!
somedude81 Posted March 27, 2011 Posted March 27, 2011 So what? The guy friend isn't always going to have the same feelings. I'd actually think that the more time goes by, the less chance that he likes you, simply because of him not making a move by now. If your guy friend doesn't like you back, he's not going to be mean to you. Sure it might hurt finding out he doesn't like you that way, but that's life. Just go for it and see what happens. My only suggestion is to not get into a friends with benefits situation, hoping he will suddenly fall in love with you after you have sex. It doesn't work that way.
Kelemort Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Do you hang out a lot? Do you flirt? Does he try to touch you? These could be signs he might like you. Try to spend a lot of time with him, and alone. If he goes along for all of it, your odds might be successful. I kissed my current boyfriend twice as a way of telling him I liked him. It wasn't until after the second one that he kissed me back and told me he liked me.

So? How many guys don't you think have told their crushes they liked them only to be rejected? ALOT more than vice versa thats for sure.
