Perhaps get on meds for a while to help you stop imposing this pattern obsession upon yourself and start building a new life to push all this to a proportionately small place in the back of your mind. That's the express. You may however choose the advice you're sure to get in this thread as to how to be your own mind cop but if you could do that you wouldn't have this problem.
