Could this ever have worked? should I even try to reconcile. or was it better rhat it happened now? I am constantly hit on by younger women all the time, but this time I let myself get convinced to be in a relationship with her. Now Im hurting Should I stress out about this. It still hurts the same as any other relationship. But is it unfair of me to try to continue . Should I just let her go ? I guess deep down I know the answer, but I need advise. I am a 40 year old goodlooking male and have a tendecy of attracting youger women. I recently broke up with my 21 year old girlfriend. I ve been in similar situations before but this time im feeling very hurt. I never entertained the idea of a relationship with such a gap before and was almost covinced that it would work . Is it unfair for me to persue reconciliation? should I just let it ? Am i robbing her youth ? Could this ever have worked out? She left me cold turkey for someone else. I think I know the answer deep inside But would like some opinions.

Why would you want a serious relationship with a 21 year old anyway? Us young people are dumb as bricks. Hit it and quit it big guy. Save your emotions for a mature woamn that deserves them, not some 21 year old that can flip flop on you at any given moment.

Most 21 year old women are going to be flakey AS THEY SHOULD BE. They are too young to understand what its like to be in a mature relationship. They are still learning this. In fact an adult's brain doesn't reach full maturity until they're 25.
