tiger666t Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 I need some help on this one (or at least closure): I go out on a first date with a gal. Things go well, we talk for 1.5-2 hours and share many similar interests. I walk her to the bus stop and as we depart, she says she'd like to meet again and asks me to call. I nod, smile and walk away as she leaves on the bus. I think to myself, gee she is quite interested, however I am away the next few days so won't be able to see her. I call her the next day and get the answering machine, and leave a kind note about how I had a good time and asking if she'd be interested in meeting again, maybe for a movie. I get a text the next day (2 days from date) from her, asking how I am doing and wishing me well. I call her in two days (when I am back in town) and again get the answering machine, I also text her to see if she'd like to meet up again. Well, that was several days ago. I do believe she is a kind and honest person, when I first met her and got her number she made sure I got the number right and that I would call. However, this second time she seemed to go back on her words. Any thoughts as to why?
USCGAviator Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 Who cares...balls in her court. just leave it alone and let her make a move. Meanwhile go about your daily routine and don't worry about it. Too many factors to guess why she....or people do stuff like that.
