It's harder than hell but I am doing it!

http://www.whyquit.com/

I have stopped nicotine for 6 days, 12 hours, 32 minutes and 33 seconds (6 days).

I've not smoked 130 death sticks, and saved $16.31.

I've saved 10 hours and 52 minutes of my life.

Applause!

YOU CAN DO IT! I'm an ex-smoker too, I know how difficult it is but rest assured, it does get easier. I seldom even think about smoking now and I can't stand the smell of a cigarette anymore.

Congrats!! I'm on my way, too. I've been nicotine free for about two weeks. It would be four weeks, but I screwed up and had one about two weeks ago. Still proud of the progress though, although the cravings can be a nightmare.
